The part of you that keeps performing doesn't need managing. It needs to be heard.

The pattern

You're burned out, and it's been building for a while, even if your life still looks like it's working from the outside.

Weekly sessions haven't moved it. What you need is a concentrated, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-based therapy intensive, not another year of small steps.

The outcome

To finally meet yourself at a deeper level, past the performing, past the noise.

To arrive at a real sense of inner peace, and make choices from what actually matters to you, not from anxiety or old patterns.

So that no matter what's happening around you, you can stay calm within it, and that steadiness starts showing up in your relationships too.

How it compares

Most people have already spent thousands on weekly sessions that never quite got past the surface. An hour a week isn't enough time to do real work, especially when the hour keeps getting interrupted right when something actually surfaces.

This condenses that into full, uninterrupted days. Not more spent, just spent on something structured enough to actually work.

How the intensive unfolds

Individual Intensive

USD 1,000 per day. 6 hours, including breaks.
1, 2, or 3 days. Online or in Bali.

Six hours of focused work, paced with real breaks. Not a marathon. Multi-day formats build session to session, so the work compounds instead of restarting each week.

  1. Step 1 — Pre Intensive

Every intensive begins with a free consult and a private workbook to map your history and goals so the work is precisely tailored to you.

  2. Step 2 — Where We Start

We begin by getting curious about the part of you that's exhausted, or the part that's been performing for so long it's hard to imagine putting it down. This isn't about managing or fixing that part. It's about actually hearing what it's been protecting you from.

  3. Step 3 — Where It Goes

Once that part has been heard, what's underneath it usually shows up in the body before it shows up in words. We stay there directly, rather than talking around it or trying to think our way past it.

  4. Step 4 — Where It Lands

By the end, the part you started with feels less alone, and less burdened. You leave able to lead from a calmer, clearer place inside yourself, not because the pattern's gone, but because it no longer has to run the whole show.

  5. Step 5 — Post Intensive

One to two weeks after your intensive, we check in together. This is where we look at what's actually holding, what's shifted since you left, and whether continued support is required.

FAQs

What if I've never done Internal Family Systems (IFS) before?

No experience needed. Most people arrive without knowing the framework, that's not a barrier to the work.

How is this different from weekly therapy?

Weekly therapy restarts a little each session. An intensive stays with one thread long enough to actually move it.

Do I need to know exactly what's wrong?

No. Knowing you're exhausted or stuck is enough to start.

What happens after the intensive ends?

You leave with a clear picture of what’s going on inside of you, concrete next steps, with follow-up support available.

How does payment work?

We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card payment.

What if I need to reschedule?

Intensives need to be rescheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.

If I choose Bali instead of online, what's included?

Clients are responsible for their own accommodation and travel costs. Shabnam’s travel and accommodation costs are included in the total intensive fee, which will be confirmed after your consultation call and is separate from the per-day intensive rate.
